| Brake Bleeding Procedure | |

Step 1: Gather all the tools you will require for the brake bleed:
1) Brake bleeder. (k866/10)
2) Metric wrenches 3mm & 5mm. 3) Dot 3 or 4 brake fluid. 4) Bottle of water to wash away brake fluid. 5) Bleeder screw gaskets (if damaged) |

| Step2: Make sure that the pedal has no pressure on it. Screw the brake bleeder in to the master cylinder and fill the brake bleeder a 1/4 of the way with brake fluid. |

Step 3: Open the valve on brake bleeder and pump the pedal a few times to remove any air in the master cylinder. |

| Step 4: Open the rear caliper bleed screws and let the fluid flow out until it is clear. Make sure your 3mm wrench is properly inserted to prevent a stripped head. |

| Step 5: Once all the bubbles of air are out of the system and the fluid is clear, tighten up the bleeder screws with new gasket. |

| Step 6: Close the valve on the bleeder tool. You will want to make sure that you have gotten all of the air out of the system. While moving the brake pedal or lever, you should be able to see the brake pads move at the exact time. |

Step 7: Top up the master cylinder fluid and tighten cap. Once you are finished, wash the brake fluid away and dry to prevent corrosion. |
